Raging Temper

Alot of whining and complaints today... hahaha.. First up is a story my friend told me last nite about parking the car.

Apparently alot of very typically rude Singaporeans like to snatch the lots fm the poor people who have been waiting for theirs. The story is fm her friend who witness this ....

One fine day when the sun was shining and the carpark was full as usual... a angmo was waiting for his lot patiently .. singing to the tunes of the radio and happily swaying side to side..

FINALLY.. someone with car keys "dit dit" the car and the angmo stopped singing, getting ready to park.

Suddenly.. a "schtooom schtoom schtoooom" techno raving small ah beng car swerve in and conveniently slot his car's small ass into the lot.

The angmo got down the car and POLITELY tell ahbeng.. "sorry, but i've been waiting very long for this lot"

Ah beng replied "IN SINGAPORE.... WHO FAST.. WHO CAN"

Angmo went back into this car.. hit the reverse gear and....

BAM!

Bang into the small pathetic ah beng car.

Angmo get out the car again.. of course.. ah beng very very agitated.. he told the ah beng..

"IN SINGAPORE. WHO RICH.. WHO CAN"

Muahhahahahahahahaha.. I dun really like Angmos one la.. coz alot of them think they are superior than us. But this angmo really very smart. hahahaha and steady.

If they think that their country is so good and our country has so much flawed pple around.. then go back to ur country. Im stuck in Singapore coz im a singaporean.. i got no choice.. this is my roots.

Anyway.. that topic will just open another can of worms.

I wana rage about IRRITATING SINGAPOREANS AGAIN.

This time not on MRT.. not in public transport.

So sunday ah lun and me went for our breakfast at MacDonalds Centrepoint. (Sidetrack abit.. garlic chilli is finally back~~~~!!!) So i was eating my big breakfast happily when i caught the glimpse of Denzil rolling his eyes..

He seldom do that.. so i broke my bubble of engrossing myself in my food and asked "why?"

He ask me to listen to what the woman behind is saying..

So i connected my rabbit ears and try to catch what she was telling her 2 very poor thing children.. wahahahhahaha

The lady was in her late 30s or early 40s and her 2 kids barely 18 years old. One girl and one boy.. both about the same age. Her son looks like those kids who just cannot stop playing games and should be in a Boy's school or JC. Couldnt see the daughter but she was not the main focus la.

So i heard.. in her VERY CHRISTIAN ACCENT english she spoke (this is as far as i can remember, i made some up coz i caught keywords only but it was something along this line la)....

"I just dun understand why u need to swear. I mean does it even benifit u? If u have anger in you, there are thousand and one ways to release it. I really TRUELY feel that u dun have to swear.... (and some more very caring concern and think-she-very-clever words...)"

"I just want u to wake up.. u noe.. i need u to wake and and understand.. Wake up and listen to what im trying to tell u.. to teach u .. to guide u..."

"This is a very civilised society and u should be equally civilised.. u mean.. if u are not happy, u bang the table and u say words like 'shit' or 'dammit' it is really going to help? No. Its not and its just another way of portraying how uncivilised u are..... (and smemre nonsense).."

I luffed and then told Denzil very loudly "IN OUR SO CIVILISED SOCIETY.. I REALLY THINK TOO MANY OF OUR SINGAPOREAN PARENTS THINK THEY ARE SO BLOODY CLEVER"

We continued giggling and finished up my breakfast.

She is still going on and on and on and on and on and on and on to her son who doesnt even give a damn about wat she saying.. coz he was still playing his PSP.

Muahahahahahahaha..

I told denzil i wanted to pour coffee on her and tell her to leave her son alone. Why ur son wana swear? Coz he need to show u the impact of what he is trying to express. U can tell him that very strong words are not pleasing to ears and its gg to look bad on him. But no need to go and on and on and on just because he said "SHIT" OR "DAMMIT" Pls, woman!!

And was is it with the irritating SPG/very christiany accent ar??? U noe.. tat kind of convent girl's + JC english that some singaporeans speak? Its so damn irritating!! U are a singaporean.. if u speak singlishly.. then just speak singlishly.

Its very hard to do that infront of the white pple.. but i always try to maintain how i speak normally. WHY SHOULD I BEND MY WAYS TO SUIT U JUST BECAUSE U SPEAK PROPER ENGLISH.. it doesnt put u above the rest...

Pimples on my elbow and fingers definitely make me very angry inside... hahahahahaha
